For each pinned SUDEBAN monthly ZIP, parse Créd.Dest.Var and store the displayed current-period 'Participación %' for the exact TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO row. Reconcile the displayed share to the same-column balance divided by CARTERA DE CRÉDITO BRUTA within 0.011 percentage points. No interpolation or missing-month fill. Implemented in src/lib/proxies/sudeban-credit-archive.ts.
