Consumer installment-loan balances as a percentage of gross bank credit under SUDEBAN's taxonomy introduced in May 2014.
Beginning in 2014-05, parse the displayed current-period 'Participación %' for CRÉDITOS AL CONSUMO EN CUOTAS in each pinned SUDEBAN Créd.Dest.Var sheet and reconcile it to its balance divided by gross credit within 0.011 percentage points. The series is absent before the row exists; no zero backfill or interpolation. Implemented in src/lib/proxies/sudeban-credit-archive.ts.
