For each pinned SUDEBAN monthly ZIP, parse the displayed current-period 'Participación %' for CRÉDITOS COMERCIALES in Créd.Dest.Var and reconcile it to the same-column balance divided by gross credit within 0.011 percentage points. No interpolation or missing-month fill. Implemented in src/lib/proxies/sudeban-credit-archive.ts.
